The project complements the state’s long-term decarbonization strategies with comprehensive analytical and planning approaches. New concepts, methodological procedures, and tools for modeling and evaluating decarbonization will be developed. A key element of the solution will be the modeling and evaluation of the economic and social impacts on the overall economy, industrial sectors, and households, as well as the identification of barriers and risks associated with the transformation.
